The Issue

To the Boxed.gg Team,

We, the undersigned members and supporters of the Boxed.gg community, respectfully ask that Boxed.gg reconsider the permanent ban issued to the Boxed user NATU.

We understand that this case has already been manually reviewed. This petition is not asking Boxed.gg to ignore its rules, deny that mistakes were made, or pretend that the reviewed activity did not happen.

Instead, we are asking Boxed.gg to reconsider the severity of the penalty.

NATU acknowledges that using an autoclicker for gem drops was a mistake. She also understands that testing live reward related systems with cURL, even while trying to report a vulnerability to developers, should not have been done without written testing authorization.

At the same time, we believe the full context matters.

NATU was an active daily member of Boxed.gg for over two years. During that time, she participated in the community, created and maintained community boxes, brought engagement to the platform, and was a regular part of the user base.

The vulnerability testing was not hidden or used for secret abuse. NATU documented the issue for reporting so the developers could fix it. The reported issue involved the ability to create and complete fake rewarded ads through client accessible requests, which could have been abused by a malicious actor if left unreported.

NATU also states that account sharing was done between family members, with each account KYC verified under its own person, and that support had previously indicated this was acceptable as long as each account was properly verified.

We understand that Boxed.gg must protect its platform, economy, and users. We are not asking for there to be no consequences. We are asking whether a permanent ban, seizure of assets, removal from community spaces, and related account bans are proportionate in this specific case.

We respectfully ask Boxed.gg to consider one or more of the following outcomes:

- Reducing the permanent ban to a temporary suspension.

- Reinstating NATUs account under strict probation.

- Permanently restricting rewarded drops.

- Removal of only the additional family account.

NATU has stated that she will stop all automation, stop all account sharing, stop all unauthorized testing, and follow any written conditions required by Boxed.gg if given another chance.

This petition is not a demand or an attack on Boxed.gg. It is a respectful request for mercy, proportionality, and reconsideration of the penalty given NATUs longterm history in the community and the fact that she reported a real security issue instead of hiding and exploiting it.

Thank you for taking the time to read this request.
