"Staggering"  "Outrageous"  "Non-coincidental"

These words have been used by academics and professionals to describe the similarities between Britannia - Sky UK's circa £100m historical drama - and Tribus: the original, academically submitted and copyrighted creation of myself, Ben Krushkoff (Crushcov). I'm a British-born, single father, of mixed English/Bulgarian heritage, from Torquay, Devon, England.

I created and wrote my own original script and treatment for a historical television drama whilst a mature student at Bath Spa University, after deciding to return to studies and chase a lifelong dream of becoming a scriptwriter, between 2013-16. 

Supported by the opinion of experts and those in academia, including the head of the UK’s ‘flagship Creative Writing course’ where I studied, I can say with absolute certainty that a substantial part of my script and story were adapted in the creation of Britannia, without my permission or knowledge. This would make Sky's show arguably one the biggest cases of intellectual property (IP) fraud in the history of television. 

Whether or not you agree with the veracity of that statement, one thing can't be argued with: to be absolutely sure, and to be told by more knowledgeable others, that my entirely original creation (which I'd worked on solidly and developed for two-and-a-half years) had been taken and used without my agreement, in the creation of a project of this scale, is a truly horrendous experience to have lived through. It has affected every element of my life and caused me and my family irreparable damage in a number of ways.

It is why I simply won't give up and am asking you to support and sign my petition. 

So why is Britannia a fraud, you may ask? Quite simply, I haven't been accredited as writing the original material from which that show had to have spawned. And this petition is a key part of my efforts to get Britannia's copyright holders, Sky UK Ltd, to stick to their word, stop infringing on my human rights, and 'do the right thing'.

• how and why I wrote a television show about the Celtic tribes, the Druids and Romans Invaders of 43AD, making a huge personal sacrifice along the way.
• why I gave the only copy of my academically submitted script to a former TV editor and journalist at the Sun newspaper, who'd offered to market my work and wanted to show the script to a well-known film producer.
• who that film producer is, and how he went on to be accredited as 'the mastermind' behind Britannia's creation, with a first episode written by his ex-brother-in-law (one of the UK's pre-eminent scriptwriters), and his brother, who started their show 'from scratch' just after I'd finished my own.
• what the similarities are and why I am certain, as are a growing number of academics and industry professionals, that an adaptation of my work has to have taken place.
• how Sky UK's legal team, and the two people at the heart of this deception, have blatantly contradicted each other, and how what they've written, in their respective denials, is a clear attempt to mislead both myself and the general public.

All of these points, as you will see if you take the time to watch the videos, can be backed up by hard evidence.

So, please help me in my fight for justice and the realisation of a lifelong dream that has been cruelly taken away from me, in a case of greed, nepotism and members of the entertainment establishment looking out for each other.
