I have dealt with this organization since I was a young boy they took me from my parents as they did to my parents before me.  In fact this is the third generation in of babies stolen for either stupid or nonexistent reasons by the state.  The first time they attacked my oldest son Matthew Alan Vermilyer was in 2016 over a dirty house that was actually being remodeled (I have all the pictures on my hard drive) he was only 6 months old, I fought harder than I have ever fought the system in my life to get him home safe within 6 months at which point they told me a shocking revelation, that that was the fastest return they'd ever seen, I was thinking to myself man these people are sick.  I should have sued them but I really didn't want to waste my time and energy doing that I wanted to spend my time with my son.  We had a couple more babies and moved to a new house we should have moved out of Michigan, somebody made a phone call and they showed up same officers as the first time officer baggots, and they pushed a hard attempt to steal all three of my boys over again a dirty house this time the house they claimed was dirty we had been evicted from my son's no longer stayed there we were living in Cass County in cassopolis in a four bedroom house with our friends. Berrien County showed up to Cass County and took my sons, that was 2 years ago we still haven't got them back. We have done everything they wished for us to do we jumped through all of their hoops and then they violated my human rights by vaccinating against my consent, if this is America what happened to f****** pro-choice?  After they took my son to the second time at the family court date the two public pretenders Bob Lutz and Mark Denakis attempted to pit mom and dad against each other again just like in 2016, we waited until the end of the meeting and then I told those low-life scumbags that we weren't going to be playing that game again we went and put our wedding certificate in that day, 2 hours later we get a phone call from the head of CPS and a detective Thad chartrand which happens to be the dad of the CPS worker that removed our sons Megan chartrand.  They attempted to entrap us behind the Niles courthouse after hours, I got it on video, after we provided an eviction notice and went and put our wedding certificate in they came at us with a brain bleed and a broken wrist that was 10 to 14 days old I have of yet since 2 years ago when it happened to see any CAT scans x-rays or mri's that would prove that he had this injury, they then stuck my youngest son and strong prescription glasses and popped a helmet on his head, you should see the before and after pictures they're ruining my sons as I write this, the foster parents have also been outrageous they taught my son's to refer to me by my first name and refer to their mom by her first name and then taught them to call my youngest son by a nickname they made up because they didn't like the name we gave him, they have since showed their ass telling us to f*** off and all kinds of different s*** sloughing all kinds of hand sanitizer on my baby's hands which is stupid because babies put their hands in their mouths and hand sanitizer contains medical grade alcohol which is generally higher than 60% alcohol content.  They canceled my home visits nearly 5 months ago because I went off when I found out from my attorney that they had went ahead and vaccinated my son's we appealed it online and it was ignored and the attorneys wanted to take their sweet time putting in the motion my attorney literally just flaked on me recently after I got done telling her to put a motion to stop the vaccines and emotion to remove my sons from that awful foster home and she put in a motion to withdraw which means to quit.  My wife and I were also arrested at our wedding where my mother had a seizure in the Cass County courtroom, arrested over a dirty house and they put a no contact order on us while they backed us into a corner to take the plea deal for the brain bleed. Meanwhile the whole time they kept explaining that it was a mistake and would be fixed I have all the evidence to prove what I'm saying here, but because I'm not in a position of power my word means nothing, but if a picture is worth a thousand words what's a video worth? Send Dadpools son's home Berrien County!!!
