Senator Rafael ‘Ted’ Cruz has made an announcement  on 1/2/2021 that he intends to challenge and overturn the electoral college vote in an election that was deemed fair and accurate.

No less than the Attorney General William Barr has affirmed the election’s  veracity, as well as multiple federal courts striking down any claims of fraud- due to inadequate or non-existent evidence.

Such continued attacks on our institutions, as well as Mr. Cruz’s open defiance of the very law he is ordered to protect, has proven him incapable of doing the job he was sworn into. Because of the seditious and treasonous nature of his actions, it is being directed to the Supreme Court. 

We, the people, do hereby petition for Senator Rafael Cruz to answer to the Supreme Court for his treasonous activities.

We also cite the precedent of Ex Parte Bollman and Ex Parte Swartwout, 8 U.S. 75 (1807) in regards to the Supreme Court’s review of this petition.
