Hawkins Burgers has been proudly serving the Watts/Willowbrook Community for over 80 years . After 80+years of serving this community in the same building, CalTrans has made a claim that part of Hawkins Is encroaching on state land!! CalTrans is forcing Hawkins to tear down part of their building that they claim is encroaching on state land! We have just come out of the biggest pandemic that this generation has ever seen and restaurants have been hurt more than any other business.

We at Hawkins House of Burgers need the support of the community to save our legacy! We hope Cal Trans will not make us remove part of our building but instead give us the the option of purchasing it.

Please help us get the word out. We need CalTrans District 7 to support this minority owned restaurant instead us tearing us down.
