The additional petition above, generally describes the terrible behavior of Judge Clifford, the below is my individual story of horror (among more, too scared, distraught or overwhelmed to standup and demand justice).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For over 3 years a person named Daniel Clifford, judge in Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania, has been taking shortcuts, violating the law, and betraying the trust his voters gave him.

Now for over 1 year, he has illegally prevented,  my seeing my baby from when he was 4 years old.

February 10, 2025, he finally transferred the case to another court- now, I've been waiting for a hearing since then.

There is a case against him active and pending with the Commonwealth court docket 300 MD 2024.

Por 3 años una persona llamada Daniel Clifford, juez en el condado de Montgomery, Corte de  Pennsylvania. Esta persona ha estado cogiendo atajos, rompiendo la ley, y traicionando la confianza que le dieron los electores que lo pusieron en su posición.

Febrero 10, 2025, por fín transfirió el caso a otra corte- ahora he estaddo experando una audiencia desde entonces.

Ahora por más de 1 año, el me ha prevenido  ver a mi bebe desde que tiene 4 años, ilegalmente. 

Hay un caso abierto y activo en la corte Commonwealth caso numbero 300 MD 2024.
