This petition is not asking for release. It is asking for the record to be made accurate. Gregory J. Marcinski has served more than 25 years in custody and is already serving his state and federal sentences concurrently. A clemency request has been formally submitted to Governor Andy Beshear asking Kentucky to recognize the state sentence as coterminous with the federal sentence so the record clearly reflects how the sentences are already being carried out.
