Balance Our Budget

✍️ Petition to Support Nick Carducci for U.S. Senate – Independent for New Jersey 2026

I’m running for U.S. Senate in New Jersey—independent of lobbied interests, party machines, and corporate donors because my ideas are meant to level the playing field.  This petition isn’t just about getting me on the ballot — it’s about putting bold economic ideas on the table and giving voters a true alternative to finance.

  1. Microfinance landlords: rent-to-own requirements for serial landlords above >5 >30+ consecutive-day leases
  2. Revenue-based financing: assess credit for a given industry as opposed to perpetual compound interest when "late"
    - Asses college major for student loans and protect all other income from garnishment
    - Installment loans cannot repossess collateral
  3. Carryover insurance: secure coverage defined by obligations of providers and pharmacies that do not expire
  4. Progressive-consumption tax: finally end corporate tax havens and employee wage or real property deductions
    - Target the largest businesses - in lieu of giving them lower rates and "real property" or "employee wage" deductions
  5. Two-state solution: more Israeli residents want a deal, than think it's possible
  6. Political views as a class protected by civil rights: gone will be the days an employer can retaliate for sharing your views, online
  7. Disclaimers as tort reform: construct bold defense laws for torts that rely heavily on liability insurance
  8. Public offense attorneys: streamline public plaintiff attorneys for you (free rider immutable right to redress your grievances civilly, and know how to do so!)
  9. Pro-bono doctors: make the IRS notify the electronic health record of your eligibility of pro-bono service and material as the bottom 5% or 5% unconscious ER patients
  10. Safe yet open care: remove pharmaceutical licenses, which add costs (e.g. patents, prescriptions, unfair labels, etc.)
  11. Roe v wade again
  12. No automatic weapon sales
  13. Relax employment requirement for legal migrants
  14. Remove inpatient services
  15. Revoke tax breaks for affordable housing
  16. House the homeless
  17. Medical freedom: the Right to Try; save the (lab) rats
  18. Audit the Fed's treasury investor bailouts
  19. Ease the employment mandate
  20. Exchange future SSA OAS-benefits for FICA income tax breaks
  21. Cut spending ($2T Medicaid + Medicare "secondary" beneficiary supplier subsidies, $475B unemployment insurance, $268B curriculum administrators, $72B HUD accountants, $48B NIH + $10B NSF picking winners-and-losers) and their applicably-earmarked taxes
  22. Fair trade, not state-owned enterprise - make the CHIPS and Science Act illegal
  23. Reverse citizens united v FEC decision via legislation

Sign today to help me reach 2,000 signatures by June 2026 and give New Jersey an independent voice in the U.S. Senate. Make sure to leave your city as NJ-residency will be verified.
