We, the undersigned residents of the neighboring communities including Morrison, Solterra, Lakewood, Green Mountain, Golden and Littleton, all of Jefferson County and the entire Denver Metro Area object to the forthcoming application by Three Dinos LLC to rezone the Northwest quadrant of the W. Alameda Parkway and C-470 intersection. The stated intention of  Three Dinos is to create the necessary zoning allowances for Car Dealerships and/or Hotels up to 50 feet high and the undersigned do not want this form of development at or near this intersection.

We feel this is level of development is not compatible with A) the natural beauty of the adjoining Dinosaur Ridge, the Dakota Hogback, Green Mountain (William B. Hayden Open Space) or the Denver Front Range , B) raptor and bird migrations and the historic/paleontological value of Dinosaur Ridge, and C) the design and aesthetics of the nearby neighborhoods of Solterra, Green Mountain and Morrison.

As concerned citizens in the community, we ask the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners for a FULL REJECTION of Three Dinos LLC rezoning request on the northwest parcel of C-470 and Alameda (16-108156RZ).
