We, the undersigned, kindly request that the St. Louis Earth Day Festival make a significant change in its food offerings for the upcoming 2025 event. We strongly advocate for the removal of animal products and inclusion of exclusively plant-based food options at the festival.

By promoting and providing plant-based food options, the St. Louis Earth Day Festival has the opportunity to align its values with its actions and significantly reduce its carbon footprint.
