Solar vs. Everybody. Join Solar against The Man for your piece of the $uper Duper Fund
The Issue
Solar vs. Everybody. Solar, spokesdog for all living things, even people, is your gladiator for a green planet and mega-green in the Super Duper Fund, if you know what we mean.
Join Solar the Spokesdog and her sister, President Dave, two courageous Bichon Frise dogs who represent all living beings—plants, animals, and people alike—against the corporate greed and systemic failures harming us all. Together, we’re preparing the Super Duper Fund, an initiative to bring accountability to corporations and entities that have prioritized profits over people and the planet. From utilities to education, from the housing market to water safety, we’re saying enough is enough—it’s time for meaningful change and real solutions.
Solar is fearless but fair, advocating for collaboration and conversation rather than conflict because friends don’t sue friends. With your help, Solar will hold institutions accountable through transparency, action, and relentless optimism.
The Problem is that it really is all about The Benjamins. For years, a system that can be so ham-handed, it defies belief that people have the gall to actually do the things they do, to other times, when it is a highly sophisticated operation involving a worldwide network of like-minded actors, built on greed, connections, and deals. It has eroded our planet, our communities, our pockets, and our trust. Here are just a few examples of the injustices we face daily:
- Sky-high utility rates for electricity, water, and natural gas operations controlled by out of town and often overseas conglomerates and even nations
- Unchecked practices destroying the character of towns and devastating the environment.
- Erosion of higher education’s mission due to public institutions prioritizing profit over education, at the expense of students and communities throughout the state.
- Callous "public servants" who commit heartless acts like closing schools so they can reward their friends ginormous construction contracts
- Water contamination like lead and PPAs from old, cracked pipes, particularly in lower-income and minority neighborhoods, as well as neglect and malfeasance by those who know better.
- The rise of dark money in the public sector, shielding accountability from the public eye and perpetuating corruption at every level of government.
- Obstacles to home ownership and thereby the opportunity to realize the American Dream for millions of our friends and neighbors.
These are not isolated issues. They're part of a long-running pattern of injustice that touches every corner of our daily lives. It starts with the local level, extends up to the state then national and even global.
It's a new age. And it's time to rewrite the rules.
We’re launching Solar vs. Everybody, a platform for collective action. Powered by your voices, Solar the Spokesdog will shine a light on injustices, hold corporations and government accountable, and push for systemic reforms across utilities, education, housing, and more. Here’s how we'll do it:
The Super Duper Fund. Inspired by the environmental Superfund, this initiative demands that corporations finance reparations for the damage they’ve caused—whether it's skyrocketing utility rates, environmental harm, or education cuts. We're looking for the fund to out fund them all - a rolling settlement fund as issues are surfaced, and resolved.
Your Platform for Change
Solar will be the lamb that leads you, but you need to join fellow Americans in making it your fight, too. We'll give you the tools to expose local grievances, amplify your voice, and join an unstoppable wave of progress. Send them in! We'll add them to the list. This isn’t a closed petition. This is an ongoing, evolving platform to track wins and push for accountability—all powered by your stories, grievances, and determination.
Be part of the Google Revolution—an era where we have access to information like never before. With this great power comes great responsibility: we must stand up and make the world better. Together, we’ll use the wealth of information available in this age to fight back against unchecked corporate power and set a standard for transparency, fairness, and dignity.
Here’s how you can make a difference:
- Sign the Petition—Add your name and show your support for this movement.
- Amplify the Cause—Share this petition and invite everyone in your community to join us.
- Do Something—Submit your own grievances, stay informed, and help build pressure for change locally and nationally. Remember, a finger is weak but a fist is strong. Alone, you will fail. Together, we will surely win.
Solar will rank offenders on a traffic-light system—yellow, green, or red—based on their willingness to acknowledge wrongdoings and enact change. No lawsuits, no shady dealings, just honest conversations followed by fair action. For now, we're on yellow alert with everyone. We'll praise you for the green light; companies don't want to be a red light.
