We, the undersigned, urgently call on the Mayor of London and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council to initiate the process of establishing Fulham as an independent borough. Fulham’s unique history, culture, and community identity make it deserving of its own governance structure—distinct from Hammersmith. We seek to have this matter debated in the House of Commons to ensure the voices of Fulham residents are heard and acted upon.
