Отворено писмо шефовима европских држава и влада
Позивамо наше сународнике и све грађане Европе и света да хитно апелују, широм Европе, на наше шефове држава и влада: морамо да спасемо украјинску децу киднаповану и депортовану у Русију!
Између 300.000 и 500.000 украјинске деце тренутно је заточено на територији Русије, без гаранција или спољних провера њихових услова живота. Неке од њих руске власти би намерно одвојиле од родитеља.
Штавише, према истрази УН-а, неколико хиљада малолетника без пратње, сирочади или не, ризикује да буду усвојени од стране руских породица (Русија није ратификовала Хашку конвенцију из 1993 године о заштити деце и сарадњи у питањима усвајања). Осим тога, Владимир Путин је декретима од 25-тог маја и 11-тог јула 2022 поједноставио давање руског држављанства овој деци, чиме је олакшао процедуре усвајања руским породицама. Све указује на то да су овакви поступци принудног усвајања већ били и да настављају.
Морамо рећи НЕ принудном усвајању и русификацији киднаповане деце!
Нека од ове деце су већ „у процесу преваспитавања” ─ односно русификације! ─, како се похвалио први руски телевизијски канал. Испирање мозга деци је, у ствари, део плана за искорењивање украјинске нације (који су објавиле РИА Новости у априлу 2022), који је развио Тимофеј Сергејев, близак Путинов сарадник чије негационистичке примедбе свакодневно прихватају руски медији. Не можемо оставити ове хиљаде насилно депортоване и изоловане украјинске деце у рукама Кремља. Присилно премештање малолетника је страшан и морално и политички неприхватљив злочин. Према Међународној конвенцији о геноциду из 1948 (члан 2), ово је, строго говорећи, чин геноцида!
Хитно позивамо председника Европског савета, председника Европске комисије, али и шефове држава и влада целе Европе да једногласно и јавно интервенишу захтевајући од Русије ослобађање деце и свих депортованих украјинских цивила.
Молимо их да позову релевантне међународне организације, укључујући Уницеф и Међународни Црвени крст, како би што пре реаговали са Владом Руске Федерације да посете ову децу, испитају услове њиховог живота и организују њихову репатријацију Украјине.
