Crossfit are negligent on so many counts. Lazar drowned metres between two paddleboarders. You can see he is clearly struggling for minutes on the live stream before he goes underwater.

CrossFit must have enough safety staff to constantly watch all swimmers. Every athlete should wear a tow float. Swims first, always before runs. Don’t run events in extreme heat. Seek counsel from safety organisations of all disciplines involved.

This petition is little reprieve, but at least a place to express how mad we are, and a place to form a collective voice.
