We, the undersigned, condemn the political persecution of "David" for protesting Trump/MAGA fascism.

On April 5, "David" was arrested in San Francisco after leading powerful chants as part of nationwide “Hands Off!” protests: “In the name of humanity, we refuse to accept a fascist America!” and “Trump must go!” For this, he is now being charged with misdemeanor vandalism—a charge he is not guilty of. His trial is scheduled for June 4, with a pre-trial hearing on May 30 at 9:00am (850 Bryant St. San Francisco). Supporters are encouraged to pack the courthouse!

"David" is a leader with The Revcom Corps for the Emancipation of Humanity and an organizer with RefuseFascism.org. His arrest is part of a broader and dangerous trend of repression aimed at silencing protest—especially protest that calls out Trump/MAGA fascism or stands against the genocide in Palestine.

We demand:
