We wish to continue to provide an ever-evolving, high level of service to our JB community..

We want to provide a more comprehensive service which allows our tribe to make continued progress in their health and wellness

In doing so, we require a larger area than the what we have in our current facility -

More area will give us the space we need to truly develop your movement in a multi-faceted way. It will also give us a capacity to support a slightly larger community which will ensure our business sustains good long-term health

We are currently searching for another potential site to call home and are dealing with Council Officials to address this potential move

We are gathering support from YOU, our Community, so that we can demonstrate how much of a pivotal role we play in the local community

One of the main issue we face in this process is demonstrating to Council that we are not, in fact, a large commercial gym like 'Fitness First' or 'Anytime Fitness'

Gyms such as these require massive amounts of parking to support their huge membership bases

We, however, do not..

When compared with these businesses it is clear that we are not really a 'Gym' at all...

Here is why The JBs are completely different to the Mega-Gyms:

- We provide a boutique, premium product to a small group of discerning individuals. We do not appeal to the mass market

- We have just 120 members in our current space.. A Mega-Gym in a similar sized area would have at least 10x this number of members

- All of our classes are capped to ensure a high standard of coaching. This means that the flow of human traffic in and out of our business is predictbale and consistent

- We operate 60min Group Classes.. Rather than 'Open Gym Model' that is accessible at all hours

- Our peak hours are before 8am and after 5pm, when the local Industrial Area has generally ceased trading for the day

- 75% of our membership base are within walking distance of our business

- In two years of operation we have had ZERO complaints in regards to noise, parking or anything else for that matter

- We have become an integral part of a fast-growing community, providing a much needed service which supports local health and wellbeing

We love the space we currently have, and are in no rush to relocate. We do however, recognise that it is not a long-term option for us..

Our dream is for this business to support it's three owners (Paul, Tee and Joey) so that we can continue to support You, our Community

Without taking this next step in our evolution as a company, we won't be able realise this dream..
