After over ten years fighting immigration they have denied Gagandeep (Gavy) to stay in Australia.

Over the past ten years Gavy has made a life here in Australia he has married and had a child both who are Australian citizens. He has also owned and worked in his own businesses. 

If Gavy is made to leave Australia this will directly effect his family financially and emotionally as Gavy is the main financial provider of the family. 

His son has firm roots in a Victorian town of Sale and had started kinder so to move him would have serious effects.

Gagandeep’s wife also has firm roots in a Victorian town of Sale who has recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia which is deemed a chronic illness which effects day to day living, so without Gavy she would be highly effected
