Support Landscapers & Save Bees with "No Mow May"

The Issue

Join us in helping landscapers, the environment, and bees by supporting the No Mow May movement and providing financial relief for landscaping businesses during this crucial month.

Are you aware of the No Mow May movement? It's a simple but powerful idea: we all stop mowing our lawns for a month, allowing pollinators like bees to thrive. Bees are essential to our global food supply, and their numbers are dropping at an alarming rate. This movement can make a big difference, but we need your help to make it mainstream.

We are I Want To Mow Your Lawn Inc., a non-profit organization providing eco-friendly lawn services for the elderly, veterans, and those in need. We believe that supporting No Mow May can benefit both the environment and landscaping businesses that depend on mowing for their income. But we need a plan to ensure everyone is on board, and that's where you come in.

By signing this petition, you're helping us start a conversation with local, state, and federal officials to implement a financial relief program for licensed landscaping businesses that participate in No Mow May. This support would compensate them for the temporary loss of mowing income and encourage more people to join the movement. We also ask that towns and cities agree not to fine residents with overgrown lawns during May.

We're also reaching out to equipment dealers to offer No Mow May discounts on their products, with delivery or pickup available only from June 1st. This will help them contribute to the cause without losing revenue during peak season.

Let's come together and support landscapers, protect the environment, and save bees with No Mow May! Sign the petition, and together we can make a difference for our planet and our communities.
