I have a complaint that E631 and E635 is an ingredient of Lays chips and still it has a  vegetarian mark on it .|
E631 is not a flavour enhancer .
Basically , They both are animal fat, actually they are pig fat .
In 2004 , Lays changed the name of it because people were against them and taking action about it . It was present in lays chips but pepsico. statement say thatll the products of PepsiCo is produced from plant extracts and is 100 per cent vegetarian. All the products contain the green dot within a square, the indication that it is vegetarian as per the regulations laid down by the food safety and standards act 2006 . I request Government of India to take a strict action on it .
