'Hambridge Homes did NOT communicate… about any of the works before or during… I had to tackle them about my boundary after they'd started STEALING pieces of my family’s land. They chopped a tree on the boundary down WITHOUT discussion… James Overton, repeatedly LIED — see attached email with diagram as proof - about ownership of boundary wall because he wanted to incorporate my land into his development…James Overton’s response was to THREATEN expensive legal fees! Said he’d drag things out through the courts to BANKRUPT me!'

ENGLISH LAWS are supposedly based on 3 Tenets: Is it fair? Is it just? Is it reasonable?

3. Give Black and Brown people a chance at a semblance of justice, compel ALL judges - County Court, High Court and Supreme Court judges to read, fully digest and IMPLEMENT the #EqualTreatmentBenchBook

There's a BIASED judge based at Central London Courts aka Judge 'RULES IS RULES'. They regularly use 'RULES IS RULES' argument to DISREGARD the rights of Black/Brown people! Judge #RulesIsRules directly disregards the same 'RULES IS RULES’ to favour white MULTIMILLIONAIRES.
