• خانواده‌ها از وضعیت عزیزانشان بی‌خبر می‌مانند
• خبرنگاران و مدافعان حقوق بشر خاموش می‌شوند
• پروازها لغو یا مختل می‌شوند و مردم سرگردان می‌مانند
• کارت‌های بانکی و سیستم‌های پرداخت از کار می‌افتند
• مردم قادر به خرید غذا و دارو نیستند
• بسیاری پول نقد ندارند و کاملاً ناتوان می‌شوند
• ارتباطات اضطراری پزشکی مختل می‌شود
• خشونت بدون شاهد و بدون پاسخگویی رخ می‌دهد

قطع اینترنت یک نقص فنی نیست — ابزاری عامدانه برای سرکوب است.

چرا این یک بحران انسانی است

دسترسی به اینترنت یک حق بنیادین انسانی است.

در ایران، قطع اینترنت به معنای قطع بانکداری، حمل‌ونقل، خدمات درمانی و دسترسی به غذا است.
وقتی مردم نمی‌توانند سفر کنند، پرداخت انجام دهند، کمک بگیرند یا واقعیت را ثبت کنند، جان انسان‌ها از دست می‌رود.

خواست مشخص ما

ما از دولت‌های دموکراتیک جهان می‌خواهیم اقدام دیپلماتیک فوری و عملی انجام دهند.

به‌طور مشخص:

• سفیران جمهوری اسلامی ایران را احضار کنند
• اعتراض دیپلماتیک رسمی نسبت به قطع اینترنت ابلاغ نمایند
• به‌صورت علنی حکومت ایران را محکوم کنند
• موضوع قطع اینترنت را در سازمان ملل و اتحادیه اروپا مطرح کنند

در برابر مرگ، گرسنگی و سرکوب، سکوت به معنای همدستی است.
